1. Safety Policy: Your safety is our priority. If at any time we perceive that safety is compromised or if there is inappropriate or disruptive behavior, we reserve the right to cancel the session immediately.
2. Late Policy: We understand that tardiness can happen. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to cancel your appointment. A notification will be sent via text 15 minutes before your session begins, indicating that the instructor is on their way. If you are receiving a full body exfoliation or coffee scrub, we request that you bathe or shower in preparation before the appointment time, as doing this at the time of the appointment will be considered late.
3. Deposits: Please note that some of our Services require deposits that are Non-Refundable. All Deposits fees are exactly 50% of the service payment, excluding Intimate Interaction Group sessions; these reservation fees are to hold your appointment time and to ensure reduced last minute cancellations or no-shows for our Clients, maintaining smooth business flow.
4. Refund Policy: Please note that NO REFUNDS will be issued for deposits made when booking appointments. In addition, NO RETURNS will be accepted for products sold, unless product is damaged or defected. PLEASE READ OUR "NO REFUNDS NO RETURN POLICY" CAREFULLY.
5. Cancellation Policy: To provide the best experience, we reserve time to hand-make healing baths and scrubs specifically for you on the day of your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we request a 24-hour notice. Failure to provide this notice will waive any opportunity for rescheduling. Only one appointment reschedule will be accommodated. PLEASE READ OUR “RESCHEDULING POLICY” IN IT’S ENTIRETY. 
6. Pricing: While we strive to keep our website updated, please be aware that prices are subject to change, and products/services may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
7. Clothing Requirements: For clients receiving a guided healing bath or full body scrub, it is required to wear swimwear (underwear is not acceptable). For all other scrubs, only the area being worked on will be uncovered. At no time during your service will you be unclothed.
8. Service Age Requirements: To receive a body scrub or guided spiritual bath, clients must be at least 21 years of age. A valid form of identification MUST be presented prior to these sessions. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the session.
9. Special Conditions: Before your appointment, please inform us of any medical concerns, including but not limited to diabetes, high blood pressure, or pregnancy. Based on your condition, some services may not be advisable. We recommend consulting with your healthcare professional prior to booking your appointment.
10. Data Security: We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

One Time Rescheduling, 24-Hour Cancellation Notice, No Show Policy

At My Late Bloomers Motivation and Empowerment LLC, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional services. To ensure a smooth scheduling process for everyone, we have established the following policies regarding rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows for our services:
One Time Rescheduling

Clients are permitted to reschedule their appointment one time without penalty. To qualify for this one-time rescheduling:

- You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

- Rescheduling requests should be made via phone or email to ensure confirmation.

- Any further rescheduling beyond the first instance will not be permitted, and the original appointment will be considered canceled.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a MINIMUM of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation requests must be communicated through email or phone. 

- If proper notice is provided, you will not incur any charges, and your appointment will be canceled without penalty.

- If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT based on the service booked.

No Show Policy

A "no show" occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without any prior notification. 

- If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us in advance, you will be charged the FULL price of the scheduled service.

- Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.

Products

Please note that this policy applies exclusively to our services. All product purchases, including; Herbal Infused Oils, Smokable Herbs, Herbal Infused Honey, Yoni Steams, Back To Life Tea Blends, Herbal Infused Candles, and Body Scrubs, are final and non-refundable.
